Add, hide or remove pages on your site

Turn service, material and extra pages on or off, add a page for each city you serve, publish helpful guides, and bring back anything you removed.

Your site can be more than a home page. Everything lives under the "Pages" tab in the editor: open your dashboard, tap "Edit", then "Pages".

Service, material and extra pages#

  1. Under "Service pages" (split into "Residential" and "Storm & restoration"), "Roofing materials" and "More pages", tick a box to turn a page on, untick to turn it off.
  2. The first time you turn a page on, we write its copy for you. Turning it off and on again later is instant and keeps the copy.
  3. A page that is off disappears from your menu, sitemap and site. Nothing is deleted.

Add a city page#

  1. Under "Service areas", type a city (for example "Fort Worth") and tap "Add city". We write city-specific copy the first time.
  2. Each city shows in your menu and on your /service-areas page. Untick a city's box to hide it; tick to show it again.
  3. You can hold up to 25 city pages. Removed pages still count toward that number until you delete them for good.

Hide vs remove#

Hiding keeps a page in your list with its box unticked. "Remove" takes it out of the list into "Removed pages" (guides go to "Removed guides"), but its copy is kept. From there you have two choices: "Bring back" puts it back in the list hidden, so tick its box to show it again; "Delete for good" erases the copy, cannot be undone, and frees a slot. Both removing and deleting ask you to confirm first.

Helpful guides (blog)#

  1. Under "Helpful guides (blog)", pick a topic, choose "Publish now" or "Space one month after my latest guide", and tap "Generate guide".
  2. You can hold up to 50 guides, counting removed ones.
  3. Your blog page only appears once at least one guide is published. It is not linked from your menu yet; it is in your sitemap and reachable by its web address.

What happens next#

Page changes apply to your site right away and you will see a green confirmation in the panel. New pages can take weeks to months to show up in Google; that is normal for any new site.
