Change the words and photos on your site

Every site is edited in the visual editor (we call it the studio). It saves as you type and shows your real site next to the fields. It works on your phone too.

Open the editor#

1. Sign in and go to your dashboard.
2. On your site's card, tap "Edit". The studio opens on your home page.
3. The panel has three tabs: "Content", "Pages" and "Settings". Words and photos live under "Content".
4. To edit a different page, use the "Page:" menu at the top, or the arrows at the bottom on a phone.

Change a headline or paragraph#

1. Under "Content", find the block you want. Your big top block has "Hero headline", "Subhead" and "Button text".
2. Type your change. About a second after you stop typing you will see "Saving…" then "All changes saved" at the top.
3. Use the ↑ and ↓ arrows to move a block, or "Remove" to take one off. Your big top block and the contact form stay put; they cannot be moved or removed. You get about ten seconds to tap "Undo" after a remove.
4. Need a new block (FAQ, reviews, before/after)? Tap "Add a section" and pick one.

Swap a photo#

1. Any photo field has "Upload a photo" (or "Replace photo" if one is there). Pick a JPG, PNG or WebP. Big phone photos are fine; we shrink them before they upload.
2. A gallery block holds up to 12 photos.
3. Use CompanyCam? In a gallery or before/after block tap "Import from CompanyCam", paste an access token from CompanyCam (your icon → "Access Tokens"), and pick photos. We do not keep the token.
4. For your logo, go to "Settings" → "Logo" → "Site logo" and upload the file. It replaces your business name in the header. Leave it blank to keep the name.

See it before anyone else does#

On a computer the live preview sits beside the fields; switch "Desktop", "Tablet" or "Mobile" above it. On a phone tap "Preview" to see your site full screen, use the three device icons to check each size, then "‹ Back to editing". The "Open site ↗" link opens the real page in a new tab; on a computer that link reads "View live site" once you have published.

What happens next#

Saved changes show on your site right away. If you have not published yet, your site is a preview: anyone you send the link to can see it, but it is hidden from Google and the quote form stays off until you "Go live".
